How Our Maintenance Process Works
1️⃣ Inspection
We check all water lines, gas connections, and venting for leaks or corrosion.
The unit’s internal filters and components are visually inspected for buildup or wear.
2️⃣ Cleaning the Inlet Filter
The cold-water inlet filter is removed and cleaned to prevent debris from restricting water flow.
3️⃣ Flushing / Descaling the System
We connect hoses to the service valves and run a descaling solution through the system .
This removes mineral buildup, especially calcium and lime, from the heat exchanger — the most common cause of performance loss.
4️⃣ Rinsing the System
After descaling, we flush the system with clean water to remove any leftover solution or sediment.
5️⃣ Cleaning the Air Intake Filter
We remove and clean the air intake filter to ensure proper airflow and combustion efficiency.
